I’m Dr. Zach Murphy.

I serve as President & Executive Director of Innova Preparatory School, but more than that, I serve as a believer in the kind of future our students deserve.

Innova Prep exists because too many students have been misunderstood, mislabeled, or overlooked, not because they lacked ability, but because the system lacked imagination.

I’ve spent my life building environments where students who learn differently are not simply accommodated. I help create environments where they are seen, supported, challenged, and celebrated.

My leadership is grounded in:
