Our IPS leadership team is here to support students, families, and staff while ensuring Innova Prep runs smoothly each day. Below is a quick guide to help you know who to contact for specific needs.

Dr. Zach Murphy – President & Executive Director
Provides vision and strategic direction for the school. Attends to board matters, finances, major decisions, and overall school leadership and direction.

Mrs. Trichi Murphy – Director of Advancement and Admissions
Supports daily operations; assists with technology and curriculum needs; oversees admissions, marketing, and enrollment efforts; helps coordinate school events; manages social media and external communications; and supports staff needs.

Ryan Turner – Director of Student Services
Provides classroom and academic support for students and staff; assists with discipline and counseling; and helps manage day-to-day student and parent questions, concerns, and needs.

Jasmine Pearson – Executive Assistant
Supports school leadership through communication, scheduling, forms and paperwork, coverage coordination, admissions support, and general administrative assistance.
